Teen Patti Turbo Fails to Pay Pending Withdrawals

I play the Teen Patti Turbo game on my Android phone, and I am facing a serious issue with my withdrawal payments. I submitted three withdrawal requests of ₹700 each and one withdrawal request of ₹500, but for the past 4–5 days, all of these withdrawals have been showing only as “processing,” and the money has not been credited to my account. After noticing that the withdrawals were stuck in processing for several days, I contacted the game’s support team. They replied and asked me to send a screenshot, but I was unable to send a screenshot from within the app, even though I tried multiple times. Because of this, my issue remains unresolved and my withdrawals are still pending. I request that my total pending withdrawal amount be credited to my account as soon as possible, and that my withdrawal status be updated clearly so I can feel confident continuing to use this game in the future.
