Without Notifying Me, Pull&Bear Canceled My Order
I ordered something from Pull&Bear, but because I changed my address, the delivery company marked it as "undeliverable" and sent it back to them without telling me. I called customer service, and they told me that the products didn't make it to the delivery company and promised to give me a refund. My money was still missing, and I was left in the dark and felt like a victim. I want to get my hard-earned money back right away. It is unacceptable for both the company and the delivery service to be this careless. It's not right to treat customers this way, and Pull&Bear needs to fix the problem right away and professionally.


My products haven't reached the company from the cargo yet, and they are not processing my return.
