Pull & Bear Does Not Accept The Product Back Or Exchange It

I am disappointed with Pull & Bear's customer service. My brother bought me a gift, but the product was sent incorrectly by the store. He returned it and reordered the correct item, giving my address as the shipping destination. Unfortunately, by the time I received the product, it did not fit and I wanted to exchange it at a physical store, but it was a 100 km trip. When we went to the store, the officials said that we couldn't exchange it without the cardholder present with the card and they refused to assist us in any way. Now, we are stuck with a product we can't use and no way to return or exchange it. I tried pleading with the customer representative, but they were unhelpful. It's frustrating because the store could have at least accepted the return and issued a shopping code. I don't understand why they make it so difficult. They keep saying that only internet orders can be returned and the cardholder must be present with the card.
