Returning the Coat I Purchased from Pull&Bear Turned Into Quite a Hassle!

Hello, about a week ago, I bought a coat from Pull&Bear and now I want to return it. They said I need a document from the bank confirming the card change since my card was replaced. I am the cardholder, the transaction is in my name, and also have the receipt. It's so absurd that they are making it this difficult for me. When I called customer service, they asked for the order number, but since I bought the item in-store, there is no order number as I didn't make an online purchase. It's very irresponsible and unprofessional of them. rapid resolution now!!
