I received a gift from Pull&Bear with an exchange card included. Due to my demanding job as an engineer, I couldn’t visit the store immediately. When I finally managed to go just two days past the exchange period, they refused to process the exchange, saying the head office does not approve late exchanges.
I understand store policies, but not everyone is free to shop at any time. I was only two days late, and I even planned to pay extra for a different product, yet they strictly refused to help. In the past, Pull&Bear allowed exchanges even without a gift receipt, so why this sudden rigidity?
I request an exception and a fair resolution. I am not asking for a refund, just a simple exchange. Please address this issue and provide a solution.
