In the event that Pull&Bear sent you the wrong item, you should first log in to their website, go to "My Orders," and start a return request by writing "incorrect item received."
Pull&Bear will send you a pre-paid return sticker to put on the package once they agree to the request. Make sure the item is brand new and has all of its tags still on it. If the tags or boxes are missing, you may not be able to get your money back.
You can either drop the package off at the nearest courier service or bring it back to a Pull&Bear shop if that's legal in your area. Pull&Bear usually gives refunds within 14 business days of getting the thing, but this can change depending on where you are. If there are problems, you can call or live chat with customer service for help.
