I recently purchased the rubber coated flat boat shoes (ref. 1003/040) and was extremely disappointed to find peeling and blistering on multiple parts of the surface on the very first day of wearing them. I reached out to the company, hoping to have the issue resolved, but was met with resistance. They initially declined my request to send them photos of the product, and later asked me to go to a store to have the product evaluated. However, they refused to provide a cargo address or even offer an alternative solution, despite the fact that I live in Sakarya and the nearest store is in Istanbul. The company's customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional, only offering communication via WhatsApp, chat or email, but no phone support. It is unacceptable for a product to be faulty and for the company to not stand behind their product and provide a proper resolution. I demand that the product be returned and my money be refunded.
