Pull and Bear Basic Sneakers Hurt My Feet After First Use

I purchased a pair of basic sneakers from Pull and Bear, expecting the usual quality I’m accustomed to from the brand. However, to my surprise, the shoes turned out to be extremely uncomfortable from the very first wear. The sneakers cause painful pressure on my feet, making it nearly impossible to stand or walk for an extended period.

I shop at Pull and Bear frequently and have always been satisfied with their products, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. For a brand I trust, this is unacceptable. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund, as I cannot use these shoes. Pull and Bear, please address this issue immediately.
