My Pull & Bear Heels Broke on First Wear

I bought a pair of shoes for ₺1,800 back in March, and I wore them for the very first time this week for just a few hours. I certainly wasn't playing soccer in them – they're heels, for crying out loud – but the toe immediately deformed!

I never imagined the leather quality could be so incredibly poor. This is a complete and utter disappointment. When I contacted customer service about it, they had the audacity to say they wouldn't accept it as faulty because it wasn't a "structural problem." This is outrageous! I paid a significant amount of money for these shoes, expecting quality, and they fell apart instantly.

Pull & Bear, you need to rectify this immediately! This is a clear quality defect. Refund my ₺1,800 or replace these defective shoes now! If you don't want to be ripped off like I was, think twice before buying from them.
