The repair of the product was not done, the exchange was not done, the return was not done, and no response was given in any way. When the Pull and Bear customer representative called, they said that an exchange would not be possible if the product did not have an inner label. Why do they sell the product without an inner label to the customer in the first place, and why are we being victimized despite having a receipt that clearly shows the product was purchased from that store? The price of the product is over 1000 TL, and it tore from top to bottom on the first wear, which means the product had deteriorated while on the shelf, causing it to tear on the first use. Selling the product to the customer is not an achievement; the real achievement is providing a solution when the product has a defect.
