Pull & Bear Classic Shoes Cracked Sole Within 2 Weeks of Use

I purchased a classic shoe model from Pull & Bear, and within 1-2 weeks of use, the sole cracked and split apart. I consulted several experienced cobblers in the İzmir region, all of whom confirmed that the issue is not related to usage but rather a manufacturing defect. They even stated that the shoes are essentially unusable.

Despite reaching out to Pull & Bear multiple times via email and phone, I haven’t received any response or support. This lack of accountability and customer service is extremely frustrating. I expect Pull & Bear to address this issue, acknowledge the defect, and provide a replacement or refund promptly. Customers deserve better product quality and after-sales support.
