Request to Recover Trust Wallet Funds After App Deletion Without Recovery Phrase

I deleted the Trust Wallet application from my iPhone last week and, because I do not have my recovery phrase or any backup information, I have completely lost access to my wallet. I am extremely worried and distressed because the wallet contained assets worth approximately 930 USD. I have not yet been able to reach Trust Wallet support through any channel and have not carried out any new purchases or transfers through the app recently. I only want to regain access to my existing funds in the deleted wallet or receive clear guidance and support on what can be done in this situation, where the app was removed, and the recovery phrase is unavailable. I request that Trust Wallet support review my situation with care, clearly explain if there is any technical possibility to recover my wallet and funds, and, if not, provide an official written explanation so I can at least understand my position regarding the loss of approximately 930 USD.
Progress
I was using the Trust Wallet application to store my Bitcoin, and on 9 December 2025 I lost access to my funds after deleting the app from my device in Lagos State. Unfortunately, I no longer have my secret phrase, so I cannot restore the wallet or reach my Bitcoin balance, which was worth approximately 930 USD.
After this happened, I contacted Trust Wallet support for help, but instead of providing a clear solution, they only kept asking for the secret phrase, which I do not have anymore. I am very stressed by this situation because my funds are now inaccessible and I feel I am not receiving sufficient guidance or support from the platform.
I request that this issue be examined in detail and that I be clearly informed if there is any possible way to verify my ownership and recover access to my Bitcoin, or, if recovery is technically impossible, that Trust Wallet openly confirms this and provides a proper explanation. I expect a clear, transparent and documented response from Trust Wallet regarding my case.
