Temu Fraudly Changed Descriptions After Payment

On 2 December 2025, I placed an order on Temu for an OPPO Reno 6 5G smartphone for R2412. The order was placed under the reference number PO-184-04747579126392279. At the time of purchase, the product was clearly shown and described as a smartphone. After I completed the purchase, Temu changed the amount and the product description on the order, and I then saw that they are now only sending me a phone case instead of the OPPO Reno 6 5G smartphone I originally ordered. This change was made after my order and payment, which I find unacceptable and misleading. I request that Temu honour the original order and send me the OPPO Reno 6 5G smartphone as initially advertised and purchased for R2412. I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible.

Temu still denying my product, making me out to be the fool, even after all my proof has been sent to them, can someone advise me how can a phone case be worth R2412, they treat their customers like idiots, no wonder they have a customer score of 1

I have no proof and maybe I made a mistake with one item, but 3? I wonder. I was ordering clothes and did not want anything with polyester (too hot for the summer, in my experience). After receiving the various items, 2 of them were 100% polyester and one was 40% polyester. I was expecting everything to be either viscose or (in two cases) cotton. So I went to check the online webpage for the items and now they all say polyester. I feel like I'm crazy, especially since I tried to be so carefull, reading reviews, looking at review-pictures, taking my time, reading descriptions carefully. Again, I have no proof, but I am very surprised at making 3 mistakes on one order after being so careful. I even used my desktop computer with a 27" screen so I can see everything clearly. But it seems unlikely that the item descriptions would change "after" I bought it. So in future, I am taking print screens of the item page, the order, everything. Has this happened to anyone else and you just assumed it was your mistake?
