Prezi charged me for a one year subscription—how can I get a refund?

Once you've been charged for an annual subscription, Prezi doesn't usually give automatic refunds.

However, you can still ask for one by logging into your account and sending a refund request or calling support.

You can "Submit Refund Request" in your Account Settings, under "Billing." If you're qualified, the Payments Team will look it over and process it right away.

You will be charged again if you don't cancel before the due date, and you will usually get a text before the charge.

Even if you can't get into your account, you can still ask for a refund by giving information about the transaction. Mistakes like multiple charges, trial problems, or unauthorized billing can be looked into.
