Prezi Charged Without My Consent—I Demand an Immediate Refund

I initially signed up for a Prezi trial, and they charged me ₺35, which was later refunded. However, without any warning or my approval, they suddenly withdrew ₺2,000 from my account!

I never authorized this charge, and this is completely unacceptable. No company should be able to take money without explicit consent. I immediately requested a refund, but I have yet to receive my money back.

I demand an urgent resolution—this amount is not small, and I will not accept unauthorized transactions on my account. If my money is not refunded immediately, I will take legal action. Prezi, return my money now! Has anyone else experienced this?
