Prezi Charged Full Annual Fee Despite Immediate Cancellation—No Refund Given


I signed up for a Prezi subscription, but after just one day of use, I decided to cancel. However, I was shocked to see that the full annual fee was already charged to my account as a pending transaction.
Even though I canceled my subscription immediately and requested a refund, Prezi refused to return my money, claiming they do not offer refunds. This is completely unfair and misleading—they make it seem like you can cancel anytime, but in reality, they charge a full year upfront without the option for a refund.
I am aware of my consumer rights, and I demand an immediate refund for the service I did not use. Prezi, fix this issue now! Has anyone else faced this problem?
