Prezi Wrongfully Charged $115 / 4,500₺ Without My Consent

Today I discovered that the Prezi application has withdrawn $115 (approx. 4,500₺) from my İş Bankası credit card without my knowledge or approval. I received no password confirmation or notification prior to this unauthorized charge.

I demand an immediate refund of the full amount to my credit card. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.

Customers should not be charged without their consent, and I expect Prezi to correct this mistake without delay.
