I signed up for Prezi’s 7-day free trial through the "Start Your Free Trial" button on their website. Since it was advertised as free, I expected that at the end of the trial, I would be asked for confirmation before any charges were made.
However, without any prior notification or approval, Prezi automatically charged my credit card $57.60. This is completely unacceptable. A free trial should not result in an unauthorized charge unless the user explicitly agrees to continue the subscription.
