Prezi Charged Me for Annual Plan Right After My Free Trial

Dear Prezi Support Team, I recently started a free trial on Prezi, which was supposed to expire on September 16. The only subscription option shown at the time was the annual plan ($180/year). On September 15, I intended to cancel my trial so that I could later subscribe to the monthly plan ($15/month) instead. When I went into my account settings > license, I clicked on cancel, but the system offered me an additional one-week extension of the free trial. I accepted this, thinking I could continue the trial and then switch to the monthly subscription afterwards. The system clearly displayed that no payment would be charged until September 22. However, today I unexpectedly received a charge of $180 on my account for the annual plan. This seems to be a technical or billing error, as I never intended to enroll in the annual plan, and the system explicitly stated that no payment would be taken until September 22. I kindly request a full refund of the $180 charged to my account, as this situation is both unexpected and unacceptable from a reputable company like Prezi.
