I am writing to request a refund and cancellation of an unintended subscription charge related to my Prezi AI account registered under the email address simonescardia***@gmail.com. On January 21, I signed up for a free trial of Prezi AI to complete a one‑day work task and used the service only once. I was aware that the trial would convert into a paid subscription if not canceled, but I unfortunately forgot to cancel it in time. The paid subscription was never something I intended to keep beyond that single use. On February 5 and again on February 6, I received notifications that Prezi had attempted to charge €58.56 to my Revolut account. Both payment attempts were unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, and I have since blocked further charges from my Revolut app. I have not been able to clearly identify from my side which exact Prezi AI plan and billing period this amount refers to, and I would appreciate your confirmation of the subscription type and renewal period associated with this charge. Considering that I used the application only once for a short, one‑day task and have derived no ongoing benefit from the subscription, I kindly request that you cancel any active subscription associated with my account and confirm that no further charges will be attempted. If any amount has been or will be charged in relation to this renewal, I respectfully request a refund of €58.56 or the full subscription fee applied.
