Prezi Free Trial Cancelation Failed ₺2000 Charge Refund

I signed up for the 7-day free trial on Prezi and tried to cancel my subscription before being charged. However, every time I attempted to cancel, the site only showed a white screen. I assumed the cancelation had gone through, but today I discovered that ₺2000 was withdrawn from my account.
I even took a screenshot during the cancelation attempt as proof, because I wanted to make sure the process was completed. Clearly, the system failed, and now I am unfairly charged for a subscription I never intended to keep.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved, my subscription fully canceled, and the ₺2000 refunded to my account. Prezi must ensure customers are not charged when cancelation attempts fail due to technical errors.
