Prezi Charged My Card Before 15-Day Free Student Trial Ended

I signed up for a 15-day free student membership on Prezi.com so that my daughter could complete her homework. However, before the 15 days had even expired, a charge was withdrawn from my credit card without any prior notice or approval. I never received a notification that payment would be taken, and this is completely against the idea of a “free trial.” I demand the immediate refund of this unauthorized charge and the cancellation of the membership. If my request is not resolved promptly, I will initiate legal action to protect my rights. I also want to point out that many other users have reported similar complaints about Prezi withdrawing money without consent. I urge the company to take preventative measures to stop these unfair practices and to respect the terms of free trials. I expect an urgent response and the refund of my money without delay.
