Requesting A Full Refund After Prezi Trial Was Cancelled

I had previously signed up for a trial with Prezi using my free basic account under the email address jbynoe.***@school.edu.bb and made sure to cancel it before being charged. Despite this, on 30 May 2026 I was billed 48.00 USD, even though I believed my trial had already been cancelled and no subscription should have been renewed. After seeing the charge, I contacted my bank, and they informed me that I must wait until the transaction is no longer pending on my credit card before I can file a dispute. I would prefer to resolve this directly with Prezi rather than proceed with a dispute through the bank. I kindly request that the 48.00 USD charged to my card be fully refunded and that any active paid subscription linked to my account be cancelled so that no further charges are made to my card.
