I registered for a Prezi membership using the option that included a free trial week and a monthly payment plan. At first, 38₺ was withdrawn from my account, but shortly afterward, an additional 461₺ was also taken, even though the system clearly stated that I was in a trial period. My registered email address is o*********@gmail.com. As a student, this unexpected and unauthorized charge has put me in a very difficult financial situation. I specifically chose the free trial with the monthly option to avoid large upfront payments, yet I was charged anyway without my consent. I request the immediate refund of the 461₺ taken from my account and the proper adjustment of my subscription to reflect the original free trial and monthly payment terms. I also urge Prezi to fix this misleading process so that students and other users are not misled into paying unexpected amounts. I expect urgent resolution and a confirmation of my refund.
