It is unfair to charge customers automatically for a service they did not explicitly agree to continue using. Since I was not satisfied with the platform and did not actively use it, I request a full refund of the fee taken and the permanent cancellation of my membership. Prezi must resolve this issue quickly and ensure users are not misled by hidden auto-renewals.
