Unauthorised Charge By Prezi

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made to my account by Prezi Present. On 1 March, I was charged 74 dollars for a subscription that I did not purchase and do not have. This charge was made to the account associated with the email address henrys.ro***@gmail.com. I did not knowingly start or renew any paid subscription with Prezi Present, and this 74 dollar transaction came as a surprise. Until noticing this charge, I was not aware of any active subscription or upcoming payment. As this is an unwanted and unauthorized charge, I kindly request a full refund of the 74 dollars and cancellation of any subscription that may have been activated or renewed on my account without my clear consent. I would also appreciate written confirmation once the refund has been processed and any paid plan has been terminated.
