I signed up for a Prezi free trial, and despite explicitly promising to remind me two days before charging, Prezi took my money without giving me any prior notice! The free trial wasn't even over yet, and they still charged my card ₺ without any warning. I deleted my account immediately, but Prezi still hasn't refunded my money or even acknowledged this unfair charge. They clearly stated a reminder would be sent two days before billing, but I received nothing! Why would they promise something they don’t deliver? Now my subscription is canceled and my account deleted, yet Prezi continues holding onto my money unfairly.
