I signed up for the Prezi 7-day free trial to test the service. Before the trial period expired, I canceled my subscription to avoid being charged. However, I was shocked to see that 982.98₺ was still withdrawn from my credit card.
This is completely unacceptable, as I followed the rules and canceled on time. A free trial should not turn into an automatic payment, especially after proper cancellation. Charging customers despite their cancellation request feels misleading and unfair.
I demand that the 982.98₺ taken from my account be refunded immediately and that my subscription be permanently canceled. Prezi must ensure that users are not billed after canceling within the trial period and must handle such cases with transparency and fairness.
