Prezi Annual Subscription Charged Without Consent

I am writing regarding an annual Prezi subscription that was charged to my bank account in February 2026 in the amount of $228. I did not knowingly purchase or use this subscription, and I am requesting a full refund. The subscription was activated by my sister while she was using a free trial on my account, and it appears that the trial converted into a paid yearly subscription without my explicit consent. I personally have never used this subscription and have no intention of using it in the future. Despite this, the full yearly amount was taken from my bank account in a single payment. I contacted Prezi customer support to request a refund, but I was informed that, due to the Terms of Service, I was not eligible. During the refund request process, I was also unable to select multiple options or clearly explain my specific situation and why the refund is justified. As a result, I do not feel that my case was properly evaluated. Given that the subscription was activated unintentionally by a family member during a free trial, that I have never used the paid features, and that this is a significant amount of money for a service I will not use, I kindly request that this annual fee of $228 be fully refunded to my bank account. I also ask that the subscription be cancelled so that no further charges are made in the future. I would appreciate it if my situation could be reconsidered in detail, beyond the standard Terms of Service reply, and I look forward to a fair resolution.
