On April 26th, 2023, I purchased a game for my PS4 console for 175.60 TL through the PS app. However, the game did not download to my console even though the payment was deducted from my card. This happens for the first time, I never had any issues with previous game purchases. I need assistance about this, I can seem to locate it anywhere, I can't be doing anything wrong, not my first time.
