Sony PlayStation Plus Refund Delay

My PlayStation Plus account was charged 2440 TL on February 28, 2023, for three games that my young child bought by accident. The refunds for two of the games have been approved and sent, but the refund for the other game, which is worth 1440 TL, hasn't been made in 2.5 months. When I called Sony PlayStation's customer service, they told me that the refunds had already been given and that I should talk to my bank. But when I called the bank, they told me that no refunds had been given. Even though I sent them my bank statements, the PlayStation support team was not helpful and kept putting things off. They wouldn't process the refund and kept telling me they would fix the problem, but they never did. PlayStation has terrible customer service. I want a solution within two days, or I will go to court and ask for money to make up for the trouble.
