Google Play is causing payment and refund issues. They're deducting more than necessary and refunding less. On June 15, 2024, I purchased an app from Google Play for 250 TL. Not satisfied with the app, I contacted them before the 15-day refund deadline. I've been struggling with their technical support for a week now. They processed the refund, but it's incomplete, and they also charged me extra during the purchase. The product cost 250 TL, but they deducted 269.51 TL from my card, and the refunded amount is only 242.32 TL. What kind of service is this? They're asking me to provide a screenshot as proof, but their technical support doesn't even have the option to attach a JPEG file.
