I placed an order with Bershka on 29 November 2025 for a studded star top and matching tracksuit bottoms, with order number 40249392833, choosing home delivery. The estimated delivery window was between the 7th and 8th of this month, but today is the 13th, and my order has still not been shipped, and there has been no meaningful update on its status. Because of this delay, I contacted Bershka customer service via online chat and spoke with a representative named Abjeheet. He told me that my order had already been shipped and that it should be delivered at any time, which was not true. I then tried to call the customer service number on the website, but I was not able to reach anyone and could not get any further information or support. I am requesting that my order be shipped immediately and that I receive a proper tracking number and clear, updated tracking information without any further delay.
