On July 21, 2025, I purchased in-game CP worth ₺1899 from the official Call of Duty Mobile Store Turkey. Despite the successful transaction and the immediate deduction of the amount from my account, the CP never appeared in my game balance. Even worse, I haven’t received a refund either.
After realizing the issue, I contacted the store multiple times. I submitted all requested documentation, including the payment receipt and proof of transaction, exactly as instructed. However, every response I got was vague and repetitive—they claimed the matter was under investigation but never provided a concrete resolution or timeframe.
All necessary evidence is clearly available, and I’ve followed every step they asked. Yet, my payment has gone unaccounted for and my in-game purchase is still missing. This is the first time I’ve had such a negative experience with their online store, and it’s deeply frustrating.
I am now requesting either the immediate delivery of the CP to my account or a full refund of the ₺1899 I paid. I urge Call of Duty Mobile’s support team to resolve this matter quickly and restore my trust in their platform.
