Steam Refund for In-game Purchase Not Arrived After Weeks

I made a game purchase of 331.80 TL on the date July 14, 2023. It has been approximately 2 weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. When I inquired about it, they told me to contact the bank. I reached out to the bank this time, but they informed me that there is no relevant transaction from Steam regarding the refund.
