I am writing regarding my Garena Free Fire account on the India server, which has been unfairly banned after it was stolen and later recovered. My account details are as follows: UID 24344053277 and in‑game name “shownomii”. I have been playing Free Fire legitimately since 2019, always respecting the rules and never using any kind of cheat, exploit, or unauthorized third‑party software. About a month before I recovered the account in 2024, my account was stolen and accessed by an unauthorized person. When I managed to recover it via Facebook in 2024, I saw that the account had been permanently banned due to actions that were carried out while it was under the control of the hacker. I have invested both time and money into this account over the years through regular in‑game purchases, and the account is very valuable to me. The ban was triggered by activities that I did not perform, and I believe I am being punished for the behavior of the person who stole my account. I can provide any necessary records or proof of ownership and payments if required to support the investigation. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, with consideration of the hacking incident and the timeline of suspicious activity, and that the ban on my Free Fire account be lifted so I can continue playing fairly as I have done since 2019.
