I can’t cancel my Netshort subscription and keep getting charged, how can I stop this?

If you can’t cancel your Netshort subscription and charges keep coming, it could be due to:
– a hidden or broken cancelation option,
– app store billing (not via Netshort),
– a system glitch or ignored cancelation request.

How to stop the charges:

Log in to your Netshort account → Account → Subscription → try to cancel again.

If subscribed through App Store or Google Play, cancel from your phone’s subscriptions menu.

Contact Netshort support with proof that you tried to cancel.

Block future charges via your bank or card provider. Ask them to stop payments to Netshort.
