Google Netshort Charges $9 Every Month Without My Authorization

Since August 3, 2026, I have noticed that approximately $9 has been charged to my card every month under the name Google Netshort. However, I have never subscribed to this service or authorized any of these charges.

I tried to contact customer service regarding Google Netshort, but I could not reach anyone through any of the available communication channels. As a result, I have been unable to resolve the issue on my own. The transactions appearing on my card statement were made entirely without my knowledge or consent.

I request that these unauthorized charges be stopped immediately, that all amounts charged to my card to date be fully refunded, and that a thorough investigation be conducted into the security of my card information. I also request that the necessary measures be taken to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
