I Am Being Charged After I Cancel My Subscription

I have been using a weekly NetShort subscription, which was linked to my Visa card. My card has been repeatedly charged 19.99 USD per week by NetShort even though I canceled my account on 19 January 2026. When all of these payments are added up from that date until now, the total reaches 639.68 USD, not 159.92 USD as previously reflected. These withdrawals have continued without my consent and despite my cancellation. I am sharing my bank statement screenshot to clearly show the unauthorized NetShort transactions. I request that NetShort immediately stop any further charges and refund the full amount of 639.68 USD that has been taken from my card after my cancellation on 19 January 2026.
