NetShort Charged $372 Without Consent Despite Credit Card Cancellation

I live in the United States and I have been charged by Netshort without my consent. According to my Chase bank statements, Netshort charges started around April 30, 2026, and have continued since then, reaching approximately 372 USD in total. I have never knowingly subscribed to or used any Netshort service, yet the payments are being taken from my account as a recurring subscription. In order to stop this situation, I even cancelled my credit card once, but despite this, Netshort charges continue to appear on my bank account. I request that my Netshort subscription, which I did not knowingly start or use, be immediately and permanently cancelled and that all collected charges, approximately 372 USD, be fully refunded to me. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account.
