NetShort Subscription Cancellation Request

Netshort recently renewed my subscription without my consent and started charging me on a weekly basis. On 26/09/26 I noticed a weekly Netshort subscription charge of USD 24.99, which is approximately BND 32.66, and this unwanted renewal has been ongoing for about three weeks. I have several bank transaction records that clearly show these repeated weekly charges. I did not request this renewal, nor did I authorize any automatic subscription for this service. The weekly auto-renewal and charges are not acceptable to me and I only became aware of them after seeing the transactions on my bank account. I kindly request that my current Netshort subscription be cancelled immediately, that any auto-renewal or auto‑payment for this service be stopped, and that the amounts incorrectly charged for the weeks in which I did not authorize the service be fully refunded to my account. I expect Netshort to handle this matter promptly and to confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled, auto‑renewal disabled, and the relevant charges refunded.
