Netshort $19.99 Subscription Refund Request

I purchased a one-week subscription to the Netshort app on September 9 for approximately $19.99. When I tried to cancel the subscription through the app, the system did not allow me to do so, and I was unable to complete the cancellation.

Although I tried to get support through the app and its available contact channels, I have not received any response whatsoever. I want to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund. I also request that the lack of communication and the inconvenience I have experienced throughout this process be taken into consideration and that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
