Netshort Renewed My Weekly Subscription Without My Consent

I am using the Netshort mobile app via the Apple App Store in the USA and my weekly subscription was renewed without my consent. I did not authorize this renewal and I do not want the service to renew automatically. When I tried to cancel, the subscription did not appear under my Apple subscriptions, and I only noticed it from the charges on my credit card statement. Because the subscription is not visible in the usual Apple subscription settings, I am unable to manage or stop it myself. I request that my Netshort mobile app weekly subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further renewals or charges be made to my card without my explicit permission. I also ask for assistance in ensuring that this subscription is fully removed from any automatic renewal systems linked to my account so that this issue does not repeat in the future.
