Telegram Support Not Restoring My Hacked Account

My Telegram account linked to the phone number +3809926162** was hacked on 11.10.2026, after which I was logged out of all my devices on both mobile iOS and desktop. Since then, I have been unable to log back into my account. When I try to log in, I do not receive any SMS verification codes, and the verification calls also do not reach my number. The app shows the “Enter Code” screen and indicates that a code will be dictated via a call to +380 99 261 62**, but no call or message ever arrives. At the same time, the email address associated with my Telegram account was changed without my consent, so I no longer have access via email either. I am worried that the attackers may have changed the phone number or other key account details, but I cannot confirm this because I have no access to the account. My Telegram username is @trustolya, and my phone number is a Ukrainian number with the operator Vodafone. I have already contacted both Telegram support and my mobile operator, but so far this has not helped me restore access or understand why the codes and calls are not reaching me. I am still completely locked out of my account. I kindly request that you investigate my case, help me recover access to my Telegram account, and secure it against further unauthorized use. I also ask you to check why verification codes and calls are not delivered to my number and to inform me what additional steps I can take to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account.
