Cancel Netshort Subscription

I recently discovered that a company called Netshort / Net Shot has been taking subscription payments directly from my wallet without my consent. I do not have this subscription listed under my Apple App Store subscriptions on my iPhone, and I never knowingly installed or used any app by this name. On 20 September 2026, after contacting my bank about unexpected charges, I was informed that these payments were being taken directly from my wallet rather than through the App Store. When I checked my statement, I saw multiple separate charges under the name Netshort on different dates, even though I have never subscribed to or authorized any service from this company. I request that my subscription, if any exists in your system, be immediately cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account. In addition, I request a full refund of all amounts that have been charged to me under the name Netshort / Net Shot, as I did not knowingly agree to this subscription. I kindly ask you to review your records, cancel any active subscription in my name or linked to my payment details, and process the refund of all past charges to my original payment method as soon as possible.
