Netshort Charged Me After I Canceled My Weekly Subscription

I had previously created an account on the Netshort app and started a weekly subscription. However, I stopped using the app altogether and had already canceled my subscription. Despite this, on October 10, 2026, I was charged a weekly subscription fee of approximately $16 from my Enpara card without my authorization.

It is unacceptable to charge my card without permission when I no longer use the app and have already canceled my subscription. I contacted my bank, but I have been unable to reach Netshort customer service, so I have not been able to discuss the issue directly with the company.

I demand a full refund of the approximately $16 charged without my authorization for a service I no longer use. I also request that my account and any remaining subscriptions be permanently closed to prevent further unauthorized charges.
