Netshort Request For Refund And Stop Debit

I have been experiencing unauthorized debits on my bank account linked to a subscription service called Netshort/Shortwave. Despite cancelling the subscription on 16 and again on 24 September 2026, Netshort has continued to debit my account without my consent. For example, on 16-09-2026 at 00:29:48, an amount of GHS307.51 was debited from my account number ending with 12, with the transaction location indicated as “Netshort.fyh71pv8u39d NA 702”. Again, on 24-09-2026 at 00:32:52, an amount of GHS310.71 was debited from the same account number, this time with the transaction location indicated as “Netshort.fz668hice77l NA 702”. These debits are appearing as recurring subscription charges even though I have already cancelled the service. I consider these ongoing deductions to be unauthorized and unacceptable. I request that Netshort and/or my bank immediately stop any further debits related to this subscription and conduct a review of my account. I also request a full refund of all unauthorized debits that have taken place after my cancellation dates, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit consent.
