Citroën e-C4X Suddenly Loses Power: Urgent Safety Inspection Request

I own a Citroën e-C4X and experienced a serious safety issue eight days ago on the highway in İzmir, Türkiye. While I was driving, the car suddenly stopped on the road and all systems broke down. After waiting for a few minutes I was able to start the car again, but this situation caused great concern in terms of safety. Right after the incident I contacted the authorized Citroën service by phone and explained what happened. They only told me to wait for a minute and then try to start the car again, and did not offer any detailed technical check or solution. I request that my vehicle be called in for a detailed technical inspection at an authorized Citroën service and that all necessary repairs or part replacements be carried out under warranty. I also expect Citroën to clarify the cause of this problem and to ensure that this safety risk does not recur.
