Netshort and Unsubby Charged My Accounts Without Permission

I live in Hampton, Virginia and have been charged multiple times by Netshort Subdelete and Unsubby for services that I did not knowingly sign up for and do not use. The first charges appeared around July 29, with amounts such as $29.99 (twice on July 29), $29.99 twice on August 2, $21.95, $23.99, $23.99, $23.99 on August 7, $21.95 on August 10, and several more including $29.99, $17.99, $27.99 on August 12 and $30.74 on August 18, taken via both my PayPal account and my debit card. One of the latest charges is still in pending status. On or around August 2 I believed everything had been cancelled, but despite this, the charges kept coming. I have already contacted the relevant parties about these payments, but the problem has not been resolved and the unauthorized debits have continued. I am requesting that all subscriptions related to Netshort Subdelete and Unsubby be cancelled immediately, that all of these charges be fully refunded, and that any future charges from these companies to my PayPal and debit card be blocked. Money is being taken for something that I have not signed up for and am not using, and I want this situation corrected as soon as possible.
