Cancel Subscription To NetShort
About two weeks ago I made what I believed would be a single one‑time payment to Netshort using my debit card. I never created an account or knowingly approved any recurring plan. Despite this, I have been charged as if I had an ongoing subscription that I cannot cancel. So far, I have been charged 24.99 USD on September 14, 2026 and another 24.99 USD on September 19, 2026, both from my debit card. I have no access to any proper account page to cancel this so‑called subscription, nor did I receive clear or transparent information that a recurring charge would be started. I request that my Netshort subscription, which I never intentionally started, be cancelled immediately and that both payments of 24.99 USD each be fully refunded to my debit card. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be taken from my card in the future.
